Nashatrica T. McNeal, Founder and Executive Director of Genesys Way Inc. non-profit organization, Ms. Dosies Homes for Women and Children LLC, and Genesys Way Solutions and Services LLC. She is a seasoned co-living consultant, motivational speaker, and healthcare professional. She has over 14 years of experience in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, and eight years in Lancaster and Los Angeles, California. She holds certifications in business consulting, medical billing and coding, and medical assistance; completed a Licensed Vocational nursing program and is a Certified Nurse Assistant.
Her personal journey is one of profound resilience and inspiration. After relocating to Los Angeles in 2016, Nashatrica and her family faced homelessness for over 18 months. This challenging period deeply humbled her and reinforced her commitment to faith and perseverance. Overcoming these obstacles, she eventually settled in the Antelope Valley. She brings a wealth of expertise to her co-living and supportive housing role.
Driven by her experiences, Nashatrica is passionately dedicated to giving back. She supports women navigating DCFS family reunification, individuals recovering from substance abuse and domestic violence, and victims and survivors of adult and child sexual abuse and sex trafficking. Inspired by Dimitria Uqdah and Cynthis Sykes, she is also a public motivational speaker. She shares her story to inspire and empower others.
Her passion extends beyond her professional life and her community involvement. She actively participates in church and community activities and cherishes time with her children, nieces, and nephews. Nashatrica has made a significant impact through her Breaking Barriers employment, education, mental health workshops, Hunger relief program, community Back to School Drives, Christmas Adopt an Angel giveaways, Clothing and Coat Drives, MLK parade sponsorship, Strap it Up safe sex events, and Family reunification services, and a host of other projects.
For over seven years, Nashatrica has been helping underserved individuals and families affected by homelessness and low-income households, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to making a positive change in the lives of others. Her deep commitment to supporting the homeless, low-income individuals, and families is unwavering. Through her growing interest in small business and entrepreneurship, she is actively researching and learning about managing small property and rental companies to expand her ability to make a meaningful impact.
Dimitria is a Community Health Worker at the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services. She serves on Genesys Way non profit organization and Ms. Dosies Home for Women and Children board as the Vice President. She helps pregnant women with stressful lives obtain compassionate and caring support in their communities to keep up good health and deliver full-term babies. Dimitria links women to services right in their own community to help them with mental health/stress, substance use, housing, and parenting education.
Dimitria has over 10 years of experience working with women who have faced tough barriers such as drug addiction and homelessness, and who have been victims of domestic violence. Dimitria has helped many women rebuild their lives and go on to meet their goals. Dimitria holds an Associates Degree in Addiction Studies from InterCoast College and is a member of the Antelope Valley African American Infant and Maternal Mortality Community Action Team.
Cynthia is a Native of California, a wife, mother, and entrepreneur. Cynthia serves on the board as the lead administrative secretary for Genesys Way Inc.'s non-profit organization and Ms. Dosies Home for Women and Children. At the same time, she is talented, creative, resourceful, and a detailed individual, offering a unique blend of cross-functional skills resulting from more than 30 years of providing excellent customer service. Cynthia has over 18 years of combined experience working in the legal field as a secretary, supervisor, and contracting officer, where she has received several outstanding achievement awards.
She has proven her ability to plan, organize, and manage activities and work with others. Cynthia also has solid interpersonal listening and rapport-building skills and the aptitude to communicate effectively. She volunteers to distribute food to residents throughout the community. Cynthia was a judge for the Miss High Desert Pageant, a room mom, team mom, and volleyball coach for our local parks and recreation department for the City of Palmdale, CA. She also volunteers countless hours serving in various areas of ministry.
Rayshanti McNeal Price was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. In 2021, she graduated from Lancaster High School in Lancaster, California. Rayshanti serves on the board of Genesy Way Inc. and Ms. Dosies Home for Women and Children as the treasurer and an Outreach coordinator. She also was a lead house manager. She assists with decorating and designing each home, prepares rooms for new residents to move in, and oversees our outreach young adults program. She manages two homes single-handedly, making sure the house operates accordingly.
Rayshanti played basketball and received an athletic full-ride scholarship from the California University of Monterey Bay. She played basketball and studied business administration her first year, then transferred to Hartnell Community College in Salina, CA, her sophomore year. She no longer continues her athletic education at Cal Poly Humboldt University, playing basketball and studying business administration in New venture management.
In 2016, she moved to California with her family and experienced being homeless. Seeing the children, teens, adults, and elderly struggle has inspired her to try to find a way to help the homeless communities and bring hope to those in need. She enjoys coaching the youth and doing volunteer work for her community. Rayshanti dreams of helping individuals in need achieve what they thought would be impossible for themselves.
